The Great Toddler Adventures in I don't like change

Okay we all know That the great toddler does not like change at all. He throws the biggest fits well change is about to happen again cause Dad is now going back to work and mom is still working so there is going to be a third party here that will be involved and it is going to be well lets say a big big adjustment. Still unsure of how we are going to do this yet or how it will work out but am praying and hoping that the new party will not run screaming and kicking away so wish us luck and we welcome any advice.
